Tom Webster, PE is a Research Specialist at the Center for Environmental Design Research at the University of California-Berkeley. He received a B.S.M.E. from UC Berkeley. He has been engaged in building energy, controls, and communications R&D for over twenty years. His expereince includes commercial and residential HVAC systems engineering, distributed control systems design, digital controls product development, and building energy analysis and simulation.
Tom is also knowledgeable about the emerging energy services industry, with recent experience in market and technology assessment of energy services products. Mr. Webster is an active member of ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Engineers), AEE (Association of Energy Engineers) and AESP (Association of Energy Services Professionals (AESP).
